Return and Refund Policy

Print-on-Demand Products

Our print-on-demand products are unique and created specifically for each customer. Due to this level of customization, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for these items except in the following cases:

  • Product damaged or defective upon delivery
  • Manufacturing or delivery error (incorrect product)

If you encounter any of these issues, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. To facilitate the return or refund process, provide a clear description of the issue along with supporting photos. After verification, we will either offer a free reprint or a full refund. Refunds are issued directly to your original payment method.

Non-Print-on-Demand Products

For non-print-on-demand products, we accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return within 30 days of receipt
  • Product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition

Please contact us before returning any product to obtain a return authorization. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of an error on our part. Once the product is received and inspected, a refund or exchange will be issued based on your preference.

Important Notes

  • Refunds for print-on-demand products will only be issued in cases of defects or errors on our part.
  • For non-print-on-demand products, items must be returned in sellable condition to be eligible for a refund.
  • Minor variations in print placement, such as described for DTG products, will not be considered defects.
